Financial challenges continue to mount for families and support is needed more than ever. These are the same challenges many of us see daily in the grocery, at the gas pump, etc. Beacon Place families just have absolutely no room to absorb them and need our help. Beacon Place has started weekly distributions of food and household donations. All donations may be delivered directly to Beacon Place during normal business hours, 603 S McAlister Waukegan, IL 60085. OUR CURRENT PRIORITY NEEDS INCLUDE:
- Target and Walmart, and GAS Gift Cards – electronic gift cards can be shared with families in crisis to acquire items needed that are not covered by food stamps, including toiletries, vitamins and medicines, personal hygiene products, etc. In addition, gas cards will help our families who are struggling to maintain employment without the needed funds to fill the gas tank.
